DSA Gear™ Return Policy

We stand behind every pack we make. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll cover return shipping — no questions asked.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at hello@dsagear.co with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping

• Defective or damaged items: return shipping covered by DSA Gear™
• Change of mind returns: customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Items showing signs of use, wear, or modification are not eligible for return.

Warranty Our packs are built to last. If you experience a manufacturing defect outside the return window, contact us — we'll evaluate it on a case-by-case basis.
